Train Policy to Remain Unaltered in December,2020: A RailRecipe Report



Train Policy to run fully reserved trains by Indian Railways will not change in December 2020 until further advice after New Year Celebrations.

To clarify rumors hovering over the issuance of unreserved tickets, Railways Ministry headed over by Honorable Railways Minister Mr. Piyush Goyal has confirmed on December 15, 2020 that all trains will run as a fully reserved train as of now and that there is no questions of asking to book an unreserved ticket for train journeys. Indian Railway Welcomes You to Haridwar Kumbh Mela 2021 With Open Arms

Indian Railways   have started making preparation to welcome devotees all across the country to attend the country’s mega religious event   Kumbh Mela, 2021   starting soon from 14 January 2021. The Railways have announced that it will run   35 special trains   in January to accommodate millions to reach Haridwar latest by 14 January to participate in auspicious Kumbh Mela scheduled till 27th April 2021. Railways Budget 2021-22  was finally announced on 01-02-2021(Monday) by Hon’ble Finance Minister of India Dr. Nirmala Sitharaman. I n an effort to revive Indian Railways which suffered massive financial losses during Covid 19 outbreak, the proposed budget focuses on allocating Rs.1,10,055 crores on Indian Railways out of which Rs. 1,07,100 crores is marked for capital expenditure. The Finance Minister also envisaged on commissioning of Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors by June 2022 (which would later be monetized for operations), investment on “Green Railways” projects, management of “Railway Safety fund”, 100% electrification of the broad gauge network by December 2023.  Read More....
